Message	SGP. There was a period long ago when the shit hit the proverbial fan. Seeing as we're all behind keyboards here, all I had to go on was the words I saw back and forth. Even after shaking hands with Kyle back in the day at a track event, I wasn't sure what to think from what I read. I know for sure that mistakes were made and I know for sure that things DID change. Since that time, I've heard nothing but good things out of there as far as keeping tabs on the customer and making their experience easy. I'd give them my business today based on what I've heard from others and seen myself. While I don't know a damn thing about the scenario George, I DO kinda know what you're feeling and why you feel you need to explain every detail. Rest assured making any changes that need to be made will heal any wounds...it will just take a little time :) Good luck to all involved.
